THE COLD BREWED DIFFERENCE

Coffee aficionados have long known that cold brewing iced coffee produces a better taste than the usual hot brewed method. That’s why I insist that my iced coffees are brewed this way. I definitely prefer the taste! I have found that cold brewing coffee makes a delicious beverage that is smooth, bold and extremely flavorful. The overall brew is known to have less ‘bite’ and acidity than that of traditional, hot brewed coffee. But the cold brewed method requires time and patience. Water passes through the coffee beans at about one drop per second, as opposed to brewing coffee with hot water which takes only about six minutes. The result is a bold, super-smooth iced coffee that is not too sweet, easier on the stomach, and delicious. Enjoy the cold brewed difference!
