Wolfgang declared June 3rd “Iced Coffee Day” in LA and he celebrated it by giving out free bottles of Wolfgang Puck Iced Coffee at all Wolfgang Puck Bistros in the LA area!  “I feel that a nice, cold iced coffee is such a refreshing treat on a warm day, and with the summer upon us, I felt that there was no better to show my fans this than to let them try it themselves for free,” said Chef Wolfgang Puck.  Over the course of only three hours, the California crew and the fine folks at Wolfgang Puck Bistros gave out over 2,000 bottles of delicious iced coffee. On the heels of the big launch of Wolfgang Puck Iced Coffees at Rice Epicurean Markets in Houston, Wolfgang Puck and Houston DJ Special K teamed up to give listners a special treat. Special K is a team member of the Roula and Ryan Morning Show on 104.1 KRBE – the largest radio station in Texas. On June 2, during AM prime-time, Special K called Wolfgang on-air and got his permission to hand out FREE 4-packs of iced coffee to 104.1 KRBE listeners! From 11:30am to 2pm at Rice Epicurean on Post Oak that same day, that’s exactly what Special K did.  He handed out over 45 4-packs to a pack of extremely excited listeners, all anxious to try Wolfgang’s newest product.  The promotion was a huge success and helped spread the word about Wolfgang Puck Iced Coffee to hundreds of thousands of listeners in Houston.
